Do credits expire?
No. Your free 3 sign-up credits and any credit pack you buy stay on your account with no expiration date. Subscription credits refill each billing cycle under that plan's terms, but one-time packs never expire.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops future billing; credits already refilled to your account for the current cycle stay usable until they run out.
What can I actually do with the free credits?
3 free credits cover up to 3 watermarked preview directions (1 credit each). Clean Standard and HD files unlock only after a paid credits pack or subscription, so the free result never promises a clean file you have not unlocked.
